Seguin Youth Center – Being there for the youth of Seguin,
and to even those who didn’t know they needed us
The
Seguin Youth Center is pleased to announce its first major fundraiser, the Seguin
Youth Center Family Picnic! Taking place during the 31st of
February, the picnic aims to raise money for the construction of the Seguin
Youth Center indoor gymnasium and natatorium. Entrance to the event will be $10
per person, although kids 10 and under get a plate for free; initial food will
be provided with additional plates being sold for an additional $10. We
encourage guests to bring their own blankets and lawn chairs as they will not be
provided.
This will be a terrific experience for the youth of
Seguin as well as the parents! Games will also be held for the children
including bean bag toss, potato sack racing and a talent show among other
things. Kids who wish to participate in the talent show are encouraged to sign
up before February 20th and to schedule transportation accordingly.
At the end of the day, a raffle for a new Amazon Echo will also be held,
with each participant getting one ticket per person! We hope to see you
there!

Kids 10 and under, as well as talent show participants MUST be accompanied by parents

Kids playing instruments in the talent show are responsible for the transportation of their own instruments as they will
NOT be provided.

Other games include a youth soccer match,
dance off and a Seguin related trivia contest

Each person may ONLY have one raffle ticket, with additional tickets being offered through our contests.

The Seguin Youth Center is NOT responsible
for any injuries or, in extreme cases, fatalities surrounding potato sack
racing.
