HYDRATION FOR HAITI’S FIRST ANNUAL MUSIC THAT MATTERS DAY IN THE PARK PUTS VALUE IN CONCERT GOING
“The universal language meets the foundation of life,”
ZILKER PARK AUSTIN, TEXAS (2pm - 9pm on July 9, 2018)- All humans are fluent in the universal language of music; the melodies that rush through our veins generating the tapping of the foot or self-expression of dancing if you don’t hold back your inner quirkiness. For centuries, all cultures and races have used music for connecting the community together, so we were determined to orchestrate an organization that would make an impact on international struggles.
We have recognized the water crisis in Haiti and their inability to access property rights which restricts the citizens and organizations from digging for a reliable source of water. Our Non-Profit Organization- Hydration for Haiti, will be hosting our first annual Music that Matters event at Zilker Park in Austin, Texas. We will be hosting a free day for the community to come and join us in recognizing the potential impact that our non-profit can make to thousands of families.
Here’s how we do it: we will be informing the community of our transparent yet game-changing strategies of simply redirecting profits and bringing life to people in need of water. Along with raising this awareness, Up with People, Hillsong, and Portugal. The Man. will perform for our supporters. As mentioned before, this will be an annual gathering to remind our community that there is international struggle for water- something our American society takes so trivial.

With the communities help, it doesn’t have to end there; we can make a difference together. There will be food trucks for the food gurus so the picnic baskets can stay home. Bring your smiles, dancing shoes, and picnic blankets to our day of concerts- Music that Matters in the park.
