Around the Seguin area there isn't much to do that gets the community involved, at least not like Chick-Fil-A does. There are a lot of kids who go home and don’t have anything to do, no one to play with or talk to. But if a Chick-Fil-A was right down the road those kids can go play and begin new relationships with their neighbors. This can especially happen when Chick-Fil-A hosts events that bring families together and helping to create a bond with fellow neighbors. We believe that a restaurant can and in fact will change a community for the better. Because this is not a restaurant that only cares about making money. It is a restaurant that cares about their community and wants to see their community thrive.
There are some people that would argue bringing a Chick-Fil-A to Seguin would not make any difference. But those are people who do not care for the growth of their community, they do not want to see their community become a home. There will be a staff of workers who love their job, are treating fairly, receive benefits and enjoy helping others. This will also be a safe place to go and a place to work on homework. There are nothing but positive outcomes from bringing a restaurant such as Chick-Fil-A to Seguin, and we can not wait to watch that happen.
