Dear Future Investor,
At Decades Drive In, we
plan to contribute to the vibrant, growing community of Seguin. As young adults
and students of Texas Lutheran University, our nonprofit is capable of adding
to the thriving entertainment that Seguin already has to offer. Our nonprofit
seeks to establish a new attraction that would bring a twist to the existent
atmosphere of Seguin: a timeless drive-in theater which would operate nightly.
During our hours of
operation, we plan to offer a space for leisure and fun. Decades Drive-In would
have regularly scheduled movie showings, as well as an abundance of food
choices from varying vendors and occasional special event nights. Revenue
sources for the drive-in could include pre-movie advertisements, as well as
banners within the drive-in for investing businesses. The drive-in would be an
alcohol-free, family friendly place for nightly fun right in Seguin.
The staple to a growing
city and community is a wealth of options in goods and services. By bringing a
new business that provides a unique function of entertainment into Seguin, this
nonprofit seeks to aid in the expansion of the city of Seguin and the
improvement of the already flourishing community. Thank you for your time! We
