Revised Decades Drive-In Event Plan

EVENT NAME: Decades Drive In Grand Opening Night DATE: July 30, 2018 12 PM- 11 PM LOCATION:  Seguin TX, Open Field Drive 78155 PURPOSE: Advocate our new business	NEED: Family fun through activities- carnival games, live music, corn hole, mini car show, 3 point contests, Bubble soccer, rock walls. Food/drinks- Food vendors(trucks, stands), free snack center, soda/water stands. Positive, fun opportunity for the youth to gain insight into a new sector of business.	SOLUTION: Brings entertainment and engagement into the community for a vast amount of societal groups such as from children, to teens primarily, and adults of family oriented customs. -  Classic movies/ nostalgic atmosphere with fresh styles.	UNFAIR ADV: -  A young group of owners who are in sync with the trend of main customer mass, while integrating the formality of the past ages that have influenced	UNIQUE VALUE PROP: Only drive in movie theater in the Seguin area. New function/platform of entertainment.
AUDIENCE: -        Primarily youth from pre-teen to fun seekers. -        As well as a family oriented environment.	CHANNELS: Main source of engagement to community will be social media and Press release(fliers) to local social groups, neighborhoods, schools, etc.	KEY METRICS: The use of measurement in terms of success in the enjoyment people had will be feedback to our social media engagement/ community engagement. – Reiterate follows on social media accounts.	COSTS: Major costs: -Raffle prizes ($400 in total) -carnival game rentals ($800) -Food/Drink	REVENUE: Source of income: -        Raffle tickets (Children under 12: $5, Adults-$10, Students-$7) -        Tickets for carnival games -        Movie tickets -        Extra parking -      Profit from food/drinks.
